How to Obtain?

These OTC (over the counter) products may be obtained through your local pharmacy or directly from us.

Canadian residents: Free & ClearTM Shampoo and Conditioner and VanicreamTM Skin Cream are available in Canada under the name 'ClinidermTM'. Available through most pharmacies. Information on website: www.canderm.com. We can not ship these products to Canada.

Your Local Pharmacy:

Please contact your local pharmacist. If they do not have the products on hand, they can usually obtain them through their supplier within 2-3 business days. We may know who stocks or will order our products in your area. Please call us at 1-800-325-8232 for assistance.

Ordering Direct from PSI:

Products may be ordered directly from us either by calling 1-800-325-8232 or online by completing the order form. No minimum. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. No C.O.D. shipments. Merchandise will be shipped via UPS within the 48 contiguous states. If you live outside this area, have a military address, or for international orders, shipping information and rates will be sent via e-mail before your order is processed. Prices are FOB Rochester, Minnesota.

There are no shipping charges on orders over $100 within the 48 contiguous states after appropriate discounts have been applied.

All products are guaranteed. Returns must have prior authorization by calling 1-800-325-8232.
